NO, we are not from Louisiana. BUT, this is our own personal version of gumbo - pacific northwest style. We source our ingredients as locally as possible and make a fresh batch at the beginning of each day.
Traditional Gumbo comes with hot links or andouille sausages. However, due to our family member's diet preferrences and restrictions, we have altered our recipe to be accommodate everyone. We offer tradional version, chicken version (no pork) and vegan version.
